LOW SLOPE ROOFING – SINGLE PLY ROOFING SYSTEMS
EPDM Roofing
EPDM is a synthetic rubber membrane that can be applied over a large variety of roof insulations. EPDM is an economic choice that is pliable through extreme temperature variations as well as being tolerant of structural movement.
TPO Roofing
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) is a single-ply roofing membrane that is designed to be energy efficient and highly reflective of heat. TPO is known for its strength, durability, and longevity as a commercial roofing material.
PVC Roofing
PVC is a single-ply roofing material that offers many benefits including strength, durability, resistance to moisture, wind, & fire. The light color of PVC roofing creates solar reflectivity, which can increase the energy efficiency of your building.

Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles are the most common roof material because of their water-proof properties, and cost effectiveness. The modern architectural style shingles or the older Style 3 Tab shingles can be incorporated with any residential or commercial roofing system. We are certified installers of GAF, CertainTeed, Tamko and IKO.
Synthetic Slate
Synthetic Slate is constructed of recycled rubber and plastics which creates the look and durability of real slate with the advantage of being extremely lightweight. There are many different colors to choose from, along with a reduced material cost and installation time, making synthetic slate an attractive and economical alternative.
Slate
For slate projects, we use New Construction Vermont Slate installed along with all applicable accessories, such as high-temperature ice and water shield and cements. Specialty edge metals and ridge caps of copper, lead coated copper, or aluminum can be fabricated and installed to complete this system.
